Providence House is preparing to replace its long-standing facilities at 699–703 Lexington Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn with a new six-story, 85-bed shelter and administrative headquarters. The project will expand housing and services for women and gender-expansive people impacted by homelessness and incarceration, while creating a modern, sustainable community anchor in the neighborhood. To advance this effort, we are inviting interest from qualified construction partners in the General Contractor role, as well as subcontractors.
