The expansion of our all of our programs over the past few years has meant that more and more families are leaving our residences for their own independent housing. While this is always an exciting step, it can also be quite stressful and intimidating. Whether it’s creating a monthly budget or issues with a new landlord, our Aftercare program helps residents tackle whatever problems or complications that come their way.
But as our number of residents grows, so too must our Aftercare team! Your support can help grow this program and provide our former residents with the help they need on this hopeful new chapter of their lives.
